QR-Patrol is a leading cloud-based guard tour management system with a global footprint in more than 80 countries worldwide, including United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, etc. By using QR codes, NFC, and BLE technology, it enables real-time tracking and reporting for security guards and patrolling officers. Shift Scheduling & Workforce management System

Workeen AI is an Artificial Intelligence system designed to accomplish advanced shift scheduling procedures. Simply put, we define jobs, and each job requires specific skills from employees. Then we define the workers with the corresponding skills, and the Workeen.ai ​​system automatically assigns the workers to the positions by creating the appropriate shifts, optimally respecting the work rules and various conditions that will be imported into the system.

Employees are automatically informed via email and or through the smartphone application where they can accept or reject scheduled shifts and generally be in direct communication with the company.

GPSLive.io tracking software is an innovative fleet management system that offers real-time tracking, providing accurate, up-to-date vehicle location and status data. For example, ProxiTour is a smart tour guided platform where a visitor can browse through numerous tours, select the one that is up to his/her interests and be guided through the whole journey. Terracom has been maintaining a Quality Assurance System according to ISO 9001:2008 since 2003. The last renewal of the certificate according to ISO 9001:2015 (April 2018) was made by the internationally recognized UKAS and had fields of application "Software Design and Development and Marketing and Technology Information Systems Support". In addition, Terracom has been positively evaluated for its Innovation Management Procedures as well as for Digital Innovation Quality, through IMP3rove- European Innovation Management Academy EWIV.

H Terracom έχει ως κύριο αντικείμενο την ανάπτυξη λογισμικού και την παροχή ολοκληρωμένων λύσεων πληροφορικής και επικοινωνιών. Είναι μια από τις μεγαλύτερες εταιρίες πληροφορικής στη ελληνική περιφέρεια, με πολύ μεγάλη εμπειρία στο σχεδιασμό και την ανάπτυξη λογισμικού για επιχειρήσεις και οργανισμούς.

Η σουίτα λογισμικού Kerveros είναι ένα ολοκληρωμένο σύστημα διαχείρισης Κέντρων Λήψης Σημάτων το οποίο καλύπτει το 70% της αγοράς σε Ελλάδα και Κύπρο. Με τη χρήση του Kerveros φυλάσσονται εκατοντάδες επιχειρήσεις και οικίες καθώς και πολλά μουσεία, τράπεζες, πρεσβείες κλπ.

Το 2014, η Terracom παρουσίασε στη παγκόσμια αγορά το QR-Patrol (www.qrpatrol.com), μια πρωτοποριακή cloud/mobile πλατφόρμα για την online διαχείριση φυλάξεων & περιπολιών. Το QR-Patrol απευθύνεται σε εταιρίες φυσικής ασφάλειας, σε εταιρίες ή οργανισμούς που επιθυμούν να επιτηρούν τους χώρους και τον εξοπλισμό τους (πχ νοσοκομεία, ξενοδοχεία, πανεπιστήμια, ναυτιλιακές εταιρίες κλπ) καθώς και σε εταιρείες που απασχολούν μοναχικούς εργαζόμενους (Lone Workers) όπως εταιρίες συντήρησης ή καθαρισμού. Το QR-Patrol πραγματοποιεί εντυπωσιακές επιδόσεις στη διεθνή αγορά, με περισσότερους από 750 πελάτες σε 57 χώρες και μεταπωλητές σε 21 χώρες ενώ συγκαταλέγεται ανάμεσα στις 3 πρώτες εφαρμογές Guard Tour παγκοσμίως. Οι κύριες αγορές του QR-Patrol είναι οι ΗΠΑ (44%), Ευρώπη (32%), Καναδάς (8%) και Αυστραλία (7%).

Το QR-Patrol PRO είναι η εξέλιξη του QR-Patrol και είναι το πρώτο guard tour σύστημα στο κόσμο που ενσωματώνει τεχνολογίες Internet of Things (όπως beacons & wearables). Το QR-Patrol PRO έλαβε χρηματοδότηση από το SME Instrument Phase 2 του Horizon 2020). Στη συγκεκριμένη πρόσκληση (Νοέμβριος 2015) το ποσοστό επιτυχίας ήταν μόλις 1,7% (εγκρίθηκαν 4 προτάσεις σε σύνολο 234) και μάλιστα η ερευνητική πρόταση της Terracom έλαβε την υψηλότερη βαθμολογία σε όλη την Ευρώπη. Η Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή θεώρησε την πρόταση μας εξαιρετικά καινοτόμα, σε ένα τομέα υψηλής προτεραιότητας για την Ευρώπη (ασφάλεια) και με πολύ μεγάλες εμπορικές προοπτικές.

Το 2014, η Terracom παρουσίασε το MyLoneWorkers (www.myloneworkers.com),ένα ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα ασφάλειας και παρακολούθησης το οποίο βοηθά τις εταιρείες παγκοσμίως να προστατεύουν τους μοναχικούς τους εργαζόμενους καθώς και να διαχειρίζονται και να παρακολουθούν τα καθήκοντά τους με καινοτόμο τρόπο. Χρησιμοποιεί τη δύναμη ενός smartphone για να επικοινωνεί σε πραγματικό χρόνο με το κέντρο παρακολούθησης 24/7/365.

Μεταξύ των πελατών μας περιλαμβάνεται το Γερμανικό Χρηματιστήριο, η Ευρωπαϊκή Υπηρεσία Δικαιοσύνης (EUROJUST), πολλά ξενοδοχεία (Hilton, Marriot, Hyatt, Westin κ.α.), εταιρίες security (Brinks, G4S, FGH, Groupp 4 LLP, Senaca Group), εταιρίες facilities (Country Clean Recycling, P&H Cleaning Company, CCS Facilities), πανεπιστήμια (Stonyhurst College, Korais Educational S.A., University of California San Francisco, Seattle Goodwill, University of West Georgia, George Mason University, Trinity College of Florida κ.α.) κλπ.

Η εταιρεία σήμερα απασχολεί 32 άτομα (29 εργαζόμενους πλήρους απασχόλησης + 3 μετόχους. Η Terracom κατέχει επίσης το 50% της Plan S.A. (www.plan.gr, 5 εργαζόμενοι πλήρους απασχόλησης και 3 μέτοχοι) που είναι εταιρεία συμβούλων επιχειρήσεων με μεγάλη εμπειρία στην υλοποίηση επενδυτικών προγραμμάτων.

Η Terracom από το 2003 τηρεί Σύστημα Διασφάλισης Ποιότητας κατά ISO 9001:2008. Η τελευταία ανανέωση του πιστοποιητικού (Νοέμβριος 2016 έγινε από την διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένη UKAS και είχε πεδία εφαρμογής τον «Σχεδιασμό και Ανάπτυξη Λογισμικού και την Εμπορία και Τεχνική Υποστήριξη Πληροφοριακών Συστημάτων».
